Ottradam is the application of hot or cold packs. It is done with packs made of raw herbs or powdered herbs or minerals or animal products heated to appropriate temperature and applied in affected area, rhythmically. Sometime the pack is dipped in liquid medicines such as oils, herbal decoctions, etc.
